Refunds & cancellation

Fair and simple. Here's exactly what to expect if Knack isn't right for you.

7-day free trial on every paid plan

You can try Knack Plus or Pro for 7 days without being charged. Cancel anytime during the trial and you owe nothing. We send a reminder email 24 hours before the trial converts.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're charged for a monthly subscription and decide within 14 days of the charge that Knack isn't for you, email us at hello@knack.app with your account email. We'll process a full refund within 5 business days. No need to explain why.

Cancel anytime — keeps working until period ends

You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your Plus features stay active through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account gracefully downgrades to free. No partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

Annual plans

Annual plans (currently $79/year) are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you can cancel — your access continues through the end of the paid year, but we don't refund the remaining unused time. We do this because annual pricing is already discounted 35%.

When refunds aren't available

· Charges older than 14 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual)
· Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service
· Disputes that have already been filed with your bank or card issuer
